She has experience with career management, performance management, workforce analytics and organizational design. She works closely with senior consultants to develop talent initiatives and deliver practical solutions that address the needs of the client's business and their employees. Amy has worked with clients in oil and gas, technology, retail and healthcare industries.

Senior Consultant - Employee Insights

George serves as a senior consultant in Willis Towers Watson's Employee Insights practice. His responsibilities include leading employee survey research engagements across a variety of clients, primarily focusing on high performing organizations headquartered in the Southwest. 

George brings over 15 years of experience in the human capital space, spanning a number of areas including employee insights, employee selection, and leadership assessment.
