"How Comp & Benefits can Impact the Student Loan Crisis"

Chris Weldon, Founder and CEO of Corner4.co, will lead a discussion on ways to attract more “A” players to your company and retain them longer. We will cover an emerging trend in Comp & Benefits related to the student loan crisis and how that burden is impacting younger employees.

85% of millennial's cannot cover a $600 emergency and carry 40% more student loan debt than the previous generation due to skyrocketing tuition costs. The result is an entire generation may not be able to participate in retirement plans and is already preventing home ownership.

Learning Objectives:

We will discuss a new approach to structured compensation that will help these employees build their future while making your company the hero.
